95% Prosecco, 5% Chardonnay. The first fermentation takes place
after a brief maceration, which enhances the typically tropical aromas of fruit. During fermentation in large containers, the intensely fruity aromas
of Prosecco develop. Crystal clear with a hearty white foam and fine
perlage. Fresh fragrant aromas, a delicately soft and harmonious taste
are the hallmarks of this quintessential aperitif wine.

Louis Roederer Brut Premier NV - France $85.00 (b)
Blend of 56% Pinot Noir, 34% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier,
including 10% of reserve wines from three former harvests, aged in oak casks for 2-6 years. A golden color with fine bubbles and a nose of fresh
fruit and hawthorn. Smooth, complex palate mingling flavors of
white-fleshed fruit (apple and pear) with red berries (blackberries, raspberries, cherries) and notes of toast and almonds.

Laurent Perrier Brut Rosé NV  - France $95.00 (b)
100% Pinot Noir fresh red fruits, notably strawberries, are more evident
than in many rose champagnes I have tried, probably reflecting the and
above technique. Palate is nicely balanced. Pleasant red fruits, showing particularly well on finish. Very smooth, very drinkable with elegance and finesse.

White Wines (Vini Bianchi)

Pinot Grigio, Stella - Umbria $6.00 (g) $24.00 (b)
100% Pinot Grigio. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged 3
months before being bottled and released. Pale yellow color with
greenish reflections. Vibrant on the palate with fresh fruit and balanced acidity. Light and refreshing.

Pinot Grigio, Zenato - Veneto $28.00 (b)
100% Pinot Grigio . The grapes were crushed and fermented in
temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks for 15-20 days. After fermentation, the wine was stabilized in tank for 4 months prior to being bottled and released to the market. Pale yellow in color with greenish highlights. A wine to be enjoyed while it is young and shows the freshest
fruit. Refreshing and soft with a smooth, dry finish.

Costamolino, Argiolas - Sardegna $7.50 (g) $31.00 (b)
100% Vermentino grown in the Costamolino vineyard, which is located
625 feet above sea level. The grapes were harvested in September and vinified in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation was partially carried out. Costamolino is straw yellow in
color with green highlights and an intense yet delicate bouquet that
displays distinct varietal characteristics. Delicate and pleasantly
refreshing on the palate.

Lugana, Zenato - Veneto $8.00 (g) $32.00 (b)
100% Trebbiano di Lugana from the San Benedetto vineyard. The grapes
 for this wine come from the lovely area enclosed within the morainic arc
on the south shore of Lake Garda, stretching from Peschiera to
Desenzano. Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
The wine remains in tank for only 6 months. Straw colored with a floral bouquet that hints of orange blossom. On the palate the wine is dry with balanced acidity and a slight and pleasantly bitterish finish.

Vernaccia di San Gimignano, San Quirico - Toscana $33.00 (b)
100% Vernaccia. Grown in hillside vineyards surrounding the Tuscan
town of San Gimignano. The grapes were harvested in
September/October and were vinified in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures. This wine exhibits the spicy characteristics of the grape; the nose is very penetrating. On the palate the wine is crisp, dry
and refreshing with a slightly bitter aftertaste and perfect acidity.

Chardonnay “ Costebianche “, Coppo - Piemonte $10.00 (g) $40.00 (b)
100% Chardonnay. Fermentation is started in stainless steel tanks and completed in 1-2 year old barrique where it is aged for 5 months,
although a portion does remain in tank and is only blended into the final
wine. Malolactic fermentation is partially carried out. Costebianche
reveals Pale yellow hues with golden reflections and a bouquet of lemon accented by light vanilla and spice. The wine is soft and subtly buttery on palate with toasty oak nuances and a long, pleasant finish.

100% Riesling. Is a soft, rich style of Riesling. It exhibits distinct fruit-driven aromas and flavors of ripe pears, juicy peach and cantaloupe. The warm growing season accentuated the Cold Creek Riesling's ripe, unctuous character.

White Zinfandel, Montevina - California #6.00 (g) $24.00 (b)
100% White Zinfandel .This wine has a lovely, light pink color, with appealing fresh aromas of strawberries and watermelon.  Delicately fruity with strawberry and pink grapefruit flavors that turn dry and crisp on the finish.

Red Wines (Vini Rossi)

Merlot, Stella - Umbria $6.00 (g) $24.00 (b)
100% Merlot. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for approximately 6 months before being bottled and released. Lack of wood aging emphasizes the fresh fruit forwardness of this wine. Deep ruby red in color with fresh fruit aromas. Full, ripe fruit on the palate balanced within sweet tannins.

Sangiovese, Di Majo Norante - Molise $7.00 (g) $28.00 (b)
100% Sangiovese. Grown in the Martarosa vineyards and harvested in late October. The wine is aged in large oak barrels for 6 months. This Sangiovese exhibits a fresh bouquet of violets and woodland berries. It is smooth and refreshing on the  palate with loads of ripe fruit and represents an excellent value.

Chianti, Palladio - Toscana $8.00 (g) $32.00 (b)
100% Sangiovese that was vinified and matured entirely in stainless steel. Maceration on the skins lasted for approximately 8-15 days and
was combined with frequent pump-overs. Perfumes of cherries and
fresh red fruit mingle with spicy, rose petal, peppery notes. The wine is lively and fresh in the mouth, with soft, rounded tannins and balanced intensity.

Salice Salentino, Taurino - Puglia $7.00 (g) $28.00 (b)
85% Negroamaro, 15% Malvasia Nera. After pressing, the grapes are vinified in glass lined cement vats. Maceration lasts for 5 days after which the wine spends 2 years aging in barrique (Allier, Troncais). The wine is fined and filtered before bottling. Intense ruby red with orange reflections on the outside rim of the wine. Intense and persistent nose with aromas of red woodsy berries. On the palate the wine is dry, well balanced and
full bodied with a slightly bitter finish.

Vitiano, Falesco - Umbria $8.00 (g) $32.00 (b)
33% Cabernet Sauvignon 33% Merlot 34% Sangiovese. Vitiano is vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged in Nevers barrels for 3 months before being bottled. This is a young red wine with explosive, luscious aromas. The wine has wonderful deep, ruby red color with a wide range of organoleptic qualities. It is rich in polyphenols and balanced acidity. This versatile red is at it's best in its youth with the fresh fruit character is most evident. Vitiano is a perennial value

Barbera d’Asti “ Berro “, Maccario - Piemonte $8.00 (g) $32.00 (b)
Made from 100% Barbera d'Asti. An expression of Barbera as easy drinking, to be served alone as an aperitif or with light, simple foods. Fermented and aged only in stainless steel, the soft, fruity freshness of the wine is perfectly balanced with a rich undertone of roses and red fruits; it has a lingering but clean finish.

Merlot, Kris - Alto Adige $35.00 (b)
Made from 100% Merlot that is vinified in open vats. The wine is aged for 12-15 months before being bottled. Garnet in color with intense perfumes of dried woodland fruits. The ripe fruit is carried through on the palate. This is an easy to drink wine with a lingering persistence and a very long finish.

Regaleali Rosso, Tasca D’ Almerita - Sicilia $36.00 (b)
90% Nero D’ Avola 10% Perricone. 90% of the wine was aged in large Slovenian barrels while the remaining 10% went into
Allier and Troncais barriques. After 8-10 months, the wine was blended, bottled and cellared for several more months. This rosso is ruby red in color with a persistent bouquet of dark berries. It is dry with a lingering finish and well-integrated tannin.

Morellino di Scansano, Terre di Talamo - Toscana $40.00 (b)
85% Sangiovese,15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Superbly rich ruby-red appearance. Classic Maremma characteristics on the nose,
with crisp fruit fragrances melding beautifully with earthy notes. The
palate exhibits a solid structure with impressive depth, and a judicious equilibrium between alcoholic warmth and tannic weave. Very long finish.

Palazzo della Torre, Allegrini - Veneto $43.00 (b)
70% Corvina Veronese, 25% Rondinella and 5% Sangiovese is a smooth, full-bodied cru made in an innovative ripasso style. 70% of the grapes picked are vinified immediately. The remaining 30% are left to dry until the end of December when they are vinified and re-fermented with the wine from the fresh grapes. The result is higher alcohol content, rounder style, lower acidity and more extraction than a Valpolicella Classico.

Cignus, Tasca D’Almerita - Sicilia $49.00 (b)
Made from 70% Nero d'Avola and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon from 10-15 year old vines. The wine was aged in 25% new Allier and Tronçais barrels for 10 months. The aromas of this wine recall mulberry, blackberry, raspberry, cherry, vanilla, tobacco and black pepper. On the palate, the wine is fruity and fragrant with soft acidity and excellent balance.

Rosso di Montalcino, Renieri - Toscana $52.00 (b)
100% Sangiovese Grosso. The vineyards have an exposition from east to northwest and are located in the southern part of Montalcino. A mix of volcanic, clay and stony soils make this location extremely attractive for
the production of Sangiovese Grosso. A careful manual harvest takes place in mid-September. Generous tangy cherry fruit with hints of vanilla and cedar.

Chianti Riserva “ Berardo “ Castello di Bossi - Toscana $65.00 (b)
Made from 85% Sangiovese and 15% Merlot harvested in the first 10 days
of October. The wine was barrel fermented and spent 20-22 days in contact with the skins undergoing multiple pumpovers daily. After fermentation, the wine remained in barrique for 2 years. The wine exhibits a deep ruby color with spicy aromas of tamarind. Soft and creamy on the palate with a structure that is powerful without being aggressive. Big and complex with a very long finish.
